We have been sponsoring the Earth Rangers Battery Blitz Contest in Canada for almost 10 years. The Battery Blitz educates students about the importance of battery recycling, while providing a fun, engaging way for youth to get involved and help protect the environment.

ENJEU Battery Recycling Competition – 8th Edition
ENvironnement JEUnesse continues to work with us to organize an annual battery collection competition in Quebec educational establishments, such as schools, CEGEPs (general and vocational colleges) and colleges. The objective of this initiative is to raise awareness among young people of the importance of recycling batteries for the preservation of the environment.
The main goal of the competition is to collect as many batteries as possible throughout the year. The establishments that manage to collect the greatest number of batteries will be awarded scholarships in different categories. In total, 24 scholarships totaling $13,550 will be distributed.
