Protect your home and environment by recycling e-mobility batteries safely!

E-mobility devices such as electric bicycles (e-bikes) and scooters (e-scooters) are becoming increasingly popular, but at the end of their life, their batteries need to be disposed of properly.

These high-capacity lithium-ion batteries have high energy density that gives them a long lifespan and making them ideal for demanding applications.

However, if they get overheated, damaged or improperly handled, it can lead to a chemical reaction called thermal runaway, potentially leading to a fire.

That’s why e-mobility batteries should NEVER be placed into the trash or your regular recycling bin.

Recycle Your Batteries, Canada! makes it easy to safely and responsibly recycle e-mobility batteries.
