April was Earth Month, and over 16,000 Canadians helped us celebrate by participating in our Earth Month Contest. From April 1 to 30, Canadians tested their battery recycling knowledge, through an interactive quiz, for a chance to win cash prizes.
By taking the quiz, participants learned why battery recycling is important, how to do it safely, and where you can conveniently drop off used batteries.
Increasing awareness about battery recycling helps encourage the adoption of battery recycling best practices, helping to protect the environment and keep communities safe.
